Welcome to Flytime Fishing. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.flytimefishing.com, our online store, products, content, services, and any related communications, features, or purchases offered by Flytime Fishing.
By visiting our website, placing an order, creating an account, submitting content, or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our products.

1. OUR BUSINESS
Flytime Fishing sells fly-fishing products, accessories, and related goods through our ecommerce store. Our current products include the QuickDrift System and related components, accessories, replacement parts, and bundles.
We currently operate primarily as an online business and may ship products from one or more fulfillment locations, including a home-based or small-business fulfillment location.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By using our website or purchasing our products, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you are using the website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, videos, colors, dimensions, specifications, compatibility information, pricing, availability, or other content on our website will be completely accurate, current, or error-free at all times.
Product images and videos are for demonstration and informational purposes. Actual product appearance, packaging, colors, or included materials may vary slightly due to manufacturing updates, screen display differences, product improvements, or other factors.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change pricing, revise descriptions, modify product offerings, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
4. QUICKDRIFT SYSTEM USE
The QuickDrift System is designed to help anglers store and swap pre-rigged tippet setups more efficiently while fly fishing. Product performance may vary depending on fishing conditions, user setup, leader and tippet configuration, fly choice, water conditions, casting style, maintenance, and individual use.
You are responsible for learning how to properly use, inspect, maintain, and handle all Flytime Fishing products before and during use. You are also responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your intended use, fishing environment, and personal skill level.
Flytime Fishing products are not life-safety devices. They are not designed for climbing, towing, rescue, flotation, personal protection, anchoring, load-bearing safety applications, or any use outside their intended fly-fishing purpose.
Fly fishing and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, hooks, sharp objects, moving water, weather exposure, wildlife, equipment failure, personal injury, property damage, and changing environmental conditions. You assume responsibility for your own safety and use of our products.
5. NO GUARANTEE OF FISHING RESULTS
Flytime Fishing does not guarantee that use of our products will result in catching fish, improving fishing success, preventing lost fish, preventing tangled rigs, eliminating the need to tie knots, or replacing sound angling judgment.
Our products are tools intended to improve organization, preparation, and efficiency. Results depend on the angler, conditions, setup, technique, and other factors outside our control.
6. COMPLIANCE WITH FISHING LAWS
You are solely responsible for knowing and following all applicable fishing laws, licensing requirements, gear restrictions, fly-fishing regulations, conservation rules, catch limits, access rules, and local waterway restrictions.
Flytime Fishing is not responsible for your compliance or noncompliance with any federal, state, tribal, provincial, local, or international laws or regulations.
7. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address, email address, payment information, and order details are correct before submitting your order.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, limit, or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, resale concerns, misuse of discounts, or violation of these Terms.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not mean that we have accepted your order. We may cancel or limit an order after confirmation if necessary. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, subject to payment processor rules and timing.
8. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, customs fees, or other charges unless specifically stated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, discounts, bundles, product availability, and shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase using an accepted payment method shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
9. DISCOUNTS, PROMOTIONS, AND BUNDLES
Discounts, promotional codes, sales, bundles, and special offers are subject to availability and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes may not be combined, applied retroactively, redeemed for cash, transferred, or used after expiration. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any promotion or discount if we believe it is being misused, abused, duplicated, altered, or applied in error.

Shipping options, rates, estimated delivery times, and available destinations are shown at checkout or on our shipping policy page.
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the stated processing and shipping timeframes. However, shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Delays may occur due to order volume, inventory availability, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
If we are unable to ship your order within the time promised, or within the time required by applicable law if no shipping time is promised, we will take steps required by applicable law, which may include notifying you of the delay, requesting your consent to the delay, or issuing a refund for the unshipped merchandise.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are generally controlled by the carrier. Risk of loss may pass to you when the order is delivered to the address provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you.
11. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing. We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not comply with our stated policy, show signs of misuse, are incomplete, are damaged after delivery, or are requested outside the applicable return window, except where otherwise required by law.
Shipping charges, return shipping costs, duties, customs fees, and payment processing fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy or required by law.

You should inspect all products upon receipt and before each use. Do not use a product if it appears damaged, defective, worn, altered, or unsafe.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE.
SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLYTIME FISHING, ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST FISHING TIME, LOST FISH, LOST EQUIPMENT, OR OTHER LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO A PRODUCT, ORDER, WEBSITE USE, OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FLYTIME FISHING FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge that fly fishing, wading, boating, hiking, travel, and outdoor recreation may involve inherent and unpredictable risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of our products and participation in outdoor activities.
You agree that Flytime Fishing is not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or claims resulting from misuse, improper setup, failure to inspect, failure to follow instructions, modification of products, use outside intended purposes, environmental conditions, or your own actions or omissions.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flytime Fishing, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, service providers, and agents from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
(a) your use or misuse of our website, products, or services;
(b) your violation of these Terms;
(c) your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right;
(d) your submitted content, reviews, photos, videos, or other materials;
(e) your fishing, outdoor, or recreational activities; or

The QuickDrift System and related product designs, components, features, methods, branding, and materials may be protected by patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, trade dress, or other proprietary rights.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, sell, exploit, or use our intellectual property without our prior written permission.
18. USER CONTENT, REVIEWS, PHOTOS, AND TESTIMONIALS
If you submit or tag us in reviews, comments, photos, videos, social media posts, testimonials, feedback, suggestions, or other content, you represent that your content is truthful, accurate, based on your real experience, and does not violate the rights of any third party.
By submitting content to us or tagging Flytime Fishing in content related to our products, you grant Flytime Fishing a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, edit, adapt, distribute, and promote that content in connection with our business, website, advertising, social media, email, product pages, and marketing materials, unless prohibited by law.
We may choose to display, remove, edit, or decline to use user content at our discretion. We do not guarantee that any review, comment, or content will be published.
You may not submit fake, misleading, deceptive, unlawful, defamatory, offensive, infringing, abusive, or manipulated reviews or testimonials. You may not submit reviews on behalf of others or misrepresent your experience with our products.
